Programming can be a headache. Full body vs Split Routines. Where do we put cardio? 3-day, 4-day, 5-day how to programme for them all and what is best for whom?
Day 1 in the morning we look at how to programme for your client. What protocols do we follow to work out the most effective plan? What do we need to consider? In the afternoon we look at and perform/coach each other through some of the programmes we use at BSPT.
Day 2 follows on from Day 1 and looks at more programme structures as well as how to perform as a coach on the gym floor with your clients.
