Are you happy training on your own but would like expert guidance from one of our team with programming your sessions?
All our personalised programmes are exactly that; personalised. We use the information you give us in the consultation and initial assessment to produce a plan that will see you making progress each week for 6 weeks.
All plans are designed for 6 weeks and include an intro week, 4 progressively challenging weeks and a de-load week. After the 6th week or during your de-load week we advise you to return for a new programme.
Initial Programmes are more expensive as we need to see you twice. The first session will allow us to assess your current level and the second allows us to go through the programme teaching you the specifics to each exercise. Future programmes would only require the one session and are therefore priced accordingly.
