Are you looking for a training programme to work to on your own ?

All our 121 packages come with FREE programming however we can also produce a one off programme for you if that's what you're looking for.  
 
All our personalised programmes are exactly that; personalised. We use the information you give us in the consultation/assessment process to produce a plan that will see you making progress each week for 6 weeks.  At the end of the 6 weeks we will contact you to see if you're ready to get a new programme and assess progress.    
 
Initial Programmes are more expensive as we need to see you twice. The first session will allow us to assess your current level and the second allows us to go through the programme teaching you the specifics to each exercise. Future programmes would only require the one session and are therefore priced accordingly.  
 
Please note this is just a training programme that you work to yourself and it doesn’t include any nutritional support or plans.  Please see our 121 Personal training packages and online options if you require more support.
