Our trainers strive to give you the most personal and effective service possible in a group setting of no more than 4 people per group.
If you are looking for an affordable PT option that guarantees an awesome workout, improves your technical ability and gives you the support and added motivation of having others like you along side you then give it a go!
We have mixed ability groups, beginner groups, advanced groups and female only groups. We also have groups that are specifically focused on full body sessions, others that are upper body focused and some that focus solely on the lower body. Our gym is very much about creating a community of like-minded people who can support and motivate one another. Our group sessions help to cement that community spirit and bring people together in a fantastic environment.
