Open gym is free to any youth member for additional training. This is supervised by one of our qualified personal trainers, however, it is not a coached session.

What is the focus of the programme?
Our programme is designed to improve overall strength, endurance, flexibility and agility. We focus on age-appropriate exercises that promote physical development while ensuring safety and proper techniques.
Who can participate in these sessions?
The sessions are open to teens aged 13-15, regardless of their current fitness level. We welcome all abilities - we aim to create a very inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
What are the benefits of strength and conditioning for youths?
Participants will experience enhanced athletic performance, increased self confidence, improved body awareness, and a greater understanding of health and wellbeing. Additionally, our programme helps reduce the risk of injury in sports and everyday activities.
How many are in each class?
We restrict the numbers to 10 per class. This allows us to maintain a high standard of coaching across all participants. Some sessions we will have 2 instructors. Currently the numbers average around 8 per class. As long as 1 is booked in the class goes ahead.
