Is there additional support out with the sessions?
Yes, we combine the training with weekly nutritional and lifestyle support for all participants to ensure everyone makes progress towards their desired goals. You will be added to an exclusive private Facebook group, a read-only WhatsApp group and a pacer step group all dedicated purely for group PT members.
What can I expect during a group personal training session?
During a session, you can expect a combination of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, flexibility work, and possibly some circuit-style workouts. The trainer will guide you through the exercises, provide modifications when needed, and ensure proper form and technique at all times. The aim is to provide a challenging but effective workout that inspires you to achieve great things outwith each session.

Most people will either be of a beginner to intermediate level with limited experience or with previous experience but who is currently out of a routine.
