We currently offer 4 different types of classes.
Non-Members can book a class for £15 per class.

BSPT Bootcamp - an awesome full body session using a variety of different strength and strength endurance training methods. Our weekday sessions last 45mins and weekend sessions 60mins.
BoxHit - a cardiovascular boxing based session using bags, pads, paddles and BW exercises.
This is held outside in our private caged training area. Our bags are filled with water and made by Heavy Hitters.
Functional Flexibility - a mixture of joint mobility, stretching and core exercises.
Gun Club - a session fully focused on the upper body.
