Our support is not limited to just the sessions, through online support groups as well as regular interaction with your trainer we aim to coach you to be the best version of yourself. FAQ's
Do I need to be a gym member?
No, you do not need to be a member of our gym to receive personal training with us. Although it would be helpful to have a gym membership, it is not essential.
What if I have specific medical conditions or injuries?
Please always make us aware of any injuries or medical conditions before starting training. Our trainers can modify exercises and sessions to ensure your safety and accommodate your needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of all 121 sessions. If 24 hours is not given, you will lose out on that session.
How do we track progress?
We will track progress week to week through your sessions as well as scheduling monthly check-ins to reassess anything that relates specifically to your goals. Your trainer will help you set milestones and celebrate your achievements along the way.
How often should I train with a Personal Trainer?
The frequency of sessions depends on your goals, your schedule and your budget. Most of our clients personal train 1-2 times per week with us. Ideally, you want to make time in your week for 3 or 4 total training sessions that also include sessions on your own or at classes.
