You won't find an intimidating atmosphere of large groups hogging machines, people training topless or ego-lifting here.
The music might not always be everyone's cup of tea, but we can work on that!
Over the years, we've curated a wide range of high-quality machines, barbells, dumbbells and much more making it a very unique space to train. On the rare days when the sun appears in Aberdeen, soak up the rays with a workout in our outdoor area. With free parking and showers onsite, there's no excuse not to train.
