Jen Innes, Personal Trainer
I've been a Personal Trainer since 2016, however, I've worked in the health and fitness industry in various roles for over 20 years.
I'm delighted to be part of a professional, highly experienced and knowledgeable team bringing my own personal career journey to the next level. I have also had a role previously instructing offshore survival and many of the skills and coaching techniques adopted there, I transfer into the gym, particularly in supporting clients who may be anxious and require additional motivation and support to successfully complete daunting exercises/drills.
Health and fitness is a life long passion. My clients and their journey are of the utmost importance. My aim is to make training a fun, enjoyable and highly rewarding, therefore all programs are 100% tailored to your ability and end goals. Reaching those goals takes commitment and consistency, but with my help we can get there.

Bruce Bain, Personal Trainer
I've been personal training since 2010, and I'm very fortunate to have many long-term clients. I mainly focus on helping those whose primary goal is fat loss, which I love.
I take every opportunity to learn through attending courses, mentorships, seminars and online courses. It's important to me to continually develop so I can give the best service to my clients.
Personally, I love spending time with my young daughter. I like to get out in the fresh air to keep fit and regularly train in the gym myself. Recently I have taken up Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu which I dedicate a few hours a week too.
Not everyone gets to do a job they love, but I do, and it’s something I don’t take for granted. You can be assured if you work with me you'll get the dedication and support required to take you to your desired goal.

I've been at BSPT since 2014 and still feel so grateful to be doing a job that I love. As a personal trainer I strive to help you reach your goals in the simplest and most straightforward ways.
Knowing what to eat and how to exercise can leave you feeling confused and overwhelmed. It did for me when I started out which is why I made it my mission to pass on what I have learned to others in order to make your journey as simple as possible. I believe the keys to making great progress are consistency and patience as well as starting at the appropriate level.
Having worked with a variety of clients to lose weight, gain muscle and improve general health and well-being, I just enjoy seeing people improve and become healthier and happier.

I've been working at BSPT since 2016 and I'm forever grateful for the opportunity to work with such a professional team of trainers as well as an array of different clients that challenge me every day and make my job interesting and enjoyable.
The fitness industry can be a very confusing place with many opinions. It isn’t easy for people who are new to fitness and exercise to know where to start or what to focus their energy on. That's where I come in. My job is to provide you with the correct tools to make your fitness journey as straightforward and enjoyable as possible. I believe the keys to success in the gym are staying patient, small progressions over time and building consistency.
In recent years alongside my strength based sessions I have found a passion for running. I think it is important to find something you enjoy that way you are more likely to stick with it and reap the benefits that exercise can bring to your life.

Josh Reynolds, Personal Trainer
I’ve been working at BSPT since Jan 2023, and the experiences I’ve had in that short space of time have made my passion for helping people achieve their goals even greater!
Having come from a 121 and group football coaching background, I feel this experience has served me well and combined with my recent experience within the fitness industry has shaped me into a well rounded trainer. From my early days on the football field to my current involvement at the junior level, sports have always been at the core of who I am. Utilising the gym to enhance my football performance has been instrumental, and with each new discovery in fitness, my enthusiasm only intensifies.
Outside of the gym you will mainly find me either playing football, relaxing, taking the dog for nice walks or in Nando’s!
