Are you new to the fitness industry? Or are you a personal trainer who would like to increase their knowledge and achieve better results with your client base? In 2019 we are running 2 technical workshops to help increase your knowledge and improve your coaching skills.
Each workshop looks at key movements we would commonly perform with clients as well as programmes we would frequently use. We will cover in detail variations in movements, regressions and progressions used with different types of clients and understanding key coaching queues to use to address common faults. We will look at in detail specific programmes we have found to work well for fat loss, body transformations and building strength.
But why learn from me? Well, I have over 12 years Personal Training experience with a long list of testimonials and transformations. I have built up a team of 6 successful personal trainers, who collectively have achieved countless success stories with their client base and for the best part of the last 6 years have been fully booked. I have worked with top-level athletes from various sports including spending 18months working with Partick Thistle Football Club in Scotland’s top division. I have taught and assessed many personal trainers and gym instructors through working for Fitness Training Scotland and British Weightlifting. But most importantly I am passionate about helping others and that includes helping personal trainers to produce a higher quality of service with their clients.
