It sounds simple but the fitness industry is well known for falling short when it comes to teaching perfect form and appropriate exercise selection with clients.
If you are a personal trainer you should be an expert at performing and teaching all of the key exercises you would programme and know exactly how and when to adapt or regress each one. Nothing is more important than understanding movement and how to teach it for a personal trainer.
Day 1 covers all the main compound lifts, understanding them technically and how to teach them. Exercises including squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press, pull-ups, dips, rowing movements, DB Presses, lunges and many more.
Day 2 covers a wide variety of accessory lifts. Posterior chain exercises, single leg movements, single arm movements, isolated upper body exercises, core exercises and more.
