The Gym is important but so is the kitchen and the 23 hours of the day you spend away from the gym. We have been educating ourselves in this field extensively for the past 10 years and have helped many people achieve a fantastic figure while being able to also live a life they enjoy.
They say balance is key, but not many people can say honestly that they achieve that. We offer two nutritional services, a monthly check in-group and a tailored nutritional plan.
The check in group’s objective is to educate and help people find that balance. We meet monthly to weigh in, take measurements, have a 30min Q and A and a 30min workout. There is also a private Facebook page, which helps to build a community and allows us a place to post relevant content to help educate you and keep you moving forward.
A nutritional plan has many benefits such as teaching you portion control, helping you to understand more about calories and food values and encouraging you to cook your own meals and of course be more organised and prepared. Our recipe book and e-book is included free of charge with every plan. A plan can produce some fantastic results in a short space of time just be aware that despite tailoring them as closely as possible to your needs and likes they are also fairly rigid and life after the plan might be challenging without the right support and education which is why we include our e-book to help you make progress long term.
We also offer nutritional Consultations. This is a great chance to really go over you current diet and pick up tips and strategies to help you move forward. We would also use this time to take measurements from you and help you to set some targets. Consultations last 60mins.
