We have achieved countless transformations over the past 8 years and have helped many clients recover form injuries, improve sporting performance and develop healthy long term nutritional and training habits. I have also personally worked with top level athletes, and taught for training companies such as Fitness Training Scotland and British Weightlifting.
I have won awards in the field of personal training and would like to pass on some of the experience and knowledge I have gained over the past decade. All our workshops will be practical based and you will receive a detailed handout as part of the workshop. The mornings focus will be based around different styles of warm ups and flexibility/mobility drills. What is effective for each client base, what drills are available to us for improving performance and reducing the chance of injury, how do we decide what is optimal for each client with a look at the correct technical execution and appropriate regressions and progressions for each level.
In the afternoon we will cover a wide range of upper and lower body exercises showing regressions and progressions for each exercise so that you can suitably assess you client, programme and coach accordingly. Focus will lie heavily on correct techniques and coaching queues.
In the morning we will look at the different training methods and programmes we use for fat loss and muscle building clients, which will include actively taking part in 2 challenging workouts.
In the afternoon we will cover group training protocols, programmes and training ideas. We will also present to you on how to effectively coach your clients on the nutritional side with a look at the different strategies and protocols available to you.
