Probably the most effective way at achieving your goals is to sign up for 1-2-1 personal training, we are very passionate about the service we provide to our customers and are 100% dedicated to helping them make the most out of their time spent with us. Personal training can produce phenomenal results and is a very rewarding experience. Our results speak for themselves.¬† Programme design is free of charge on all block bookings.
¬£440 per block of 8 (¬£220 per person)
Buddy sessions are where we train 2 clients of similar levels and goals at the same time. The atmosphere in these sessions can sometimes be quite unique and we have found that training 2 people together to be an effective way of getting the best out of some of our clients.
¬£640 per block of 8 (¬£160 per person)
Group Sessions are aimed at 4 people of similar levels and goals who will train together at the same time, an affordable way to get into personal training and much more personal and rewarding than a class.¬† We run many group personal training sessions each week and have found them to be the ideal place for those looking for a lower cost option which allows them to be trained professionally and progressively each week.¬† So if your looking to get more support, motivation and education regards training and be in an environment where you will feel inspired then group training could be right for you.

Are you interested in working with us but for whatever reason you cannot make it to see us, then perhaps you would consider the possibility of us coming to you. ¬†We can deliver a programme specific to meet your goals and aimed at your current fitness levels. ¬†Either we can bring equipment to you or we can utilise what equipment you have. ¬†
